We ship worldwide by Van Express. We always use this package delivery company and can’t make any exceptions. Exact shipping rates are displayed on the shipping info page during checkout.

 

Delivery time

The standard delivery time (the time between placing and shipping your order) lies between 10 and 20 business days (holidays not included). The time depends on the complexity, material, and finish of your order. Most of the orders are shipped out within 15 business days.

 

Delivery time for priority orders

The standard delivery time doesn’t apply for priority orders (only through prearranged request), where we’ll 3D print your design within 72 hours and ship it. The shipping time depends on where you live.If you order with priority, then the item we’ll be shipped within 3 working days.Let’s explain this with an example. If you order on a Monday we will produce your order within 72 hours and ship it on Wednsday. If you’re in the UK, Belgium, Italy, France, the Netherlands or Germany your order should be delivered on Wednesday.

 

Shipping time

Depending on your location, the transit time for shipment will take the Express Courier 1-5 days. It means that if you’re located a little further from Italy, let’s say down under, shipping can be as much as 5 days.After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the express courier tracking number. You can use this number to track your package. Besides, you can also track the progress of your order by logging in and going to ‘Orders’ in your profile.If you’re located in Europe, you can choose between Express Courier Standard and Fast Express Courier. Outside of Europe, we always use Fast express courier.The difference between Express Courier Standard and Fast Express Courier lies in transit time. Express Courier Standard always uses road transport and a foreseen delivery date while Fast Express Courier uses air transport (if faster) and guarantees the foreseen delivery date.

 

P.O. Box

Van Express will only accept shipments to a valid street address, which means we can’t deliver to P.O. Boxes. It’s very to squeeze a cardboard box in a letterbox.

 

Different shipping address from my own

You can ship your LINUS order to an address different from your billing address. Just fill in the desired delivery address in the shipment details during checkout. The shipping costs will be calculated based on this information. The country of destination determines whether you have to pay VAT (value added tax) or not.
